UPI & Wallet Payment Terms We offer secure and instant payments through UPI and supported digital wallets. By making a payment on our platform, you agree to the following terms:
1. Supported Payment Methods
• UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
• Digital Wallets supported by our payment gateway
2. Payment Confirmation
• Payments are processed instantly.
• After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS/notification.
3. Failed / Pending Transactions
• If your payment remains pending or fails due to bank or network error, it may take up to 24–48 hours to reflect or be reversed.
• In case the amount is debited but not updated, please contact your bank/UPI app support first.
4. No Third-Party Payments
• UPI payments must be made from your own verified UPI ID.
• Third-party or proxy payments are not allowed.
5. Refund & Chargeback Policy
• All payments are final once processed.
• Refunds are only applicable in case of technical errors or duplicate payments.
• Refunds, if approved, will be credited to the same UPI ID/wallet used for payment.
6. Security
• We do not store your UPI PIN, wallet credentials, or banking details.
• All payments are securely processed through our trusted payment gateway provider.
7. Fraud or Dispute
• Any suspicious or unauthorized payment activity may result in account suspension.
